During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which were fantastic amenities to have during my stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to my day. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and easily access transportation options.

There were a few downsides to my overall experience. This caused confusion upon check-in and it would have been better if they were better prepared to handle such situations.

room is not enough for 2 adults and a child...small sized room / bed...no hot water....

Guests enjoyed a pleasant view from the rooms, overlooking the city skyline. the hotel also had excellent facilities, such as a fitness center and a swimming pool to enjoy.

Some chairs in the reception area were torn and covered with dirty cloth.

I mentioned during my check out, that the ac in my room was not functioning throughout my stay. I did complain to your house keeping dept, & they came after 2 hrs at which time, I was busy & requested them to come back within half an hour, but they never did. Thank you

Very noisy all the time, due to trains and works outside (metro). Communication is very poor. Have asked several times confirmation and nothing was said (Booked.net has made a strong note). It was very hard to get toilet paper (only after clear instructions by the manager, as there was nothing. Didn´t clean the room second day. My wife has to do it and have to use our own shampoo, etc. restaurant is reasonable but the quantity of sugar is dramaticly high and very bad for health. Before leaving have told all this to the manager.

During our recent romantic escape, we could not help but appreciate the stunning view from our room. the room offered a fantastic view of the city skyline, which was perfect for a romantic evening. the hotel's location was excellent, as it was close to the city center and various shopping centers. Being able to explore the city easily and quickly was a major plus. Best aspects: we enjoyed the on, site spa facilities, which offered us a much needed relaxing massage. It was the perfect way to unwind and de, stress after a long day of exploring the city.

the room was not well, maintained, and the toilet seat was broken.

They had no record of my booking and their English was pretty poor

Its centrally located and very near to to Chennai Central and suburban railway station. Also have access other public transport like City buses and Autos. So that you do not need to spend money on using a private transport! Whatever you save on using for private transport like Auto, cab you can spend for this hotel room! Also teh service and comfort is fair enough at the hotel. Its just value for money. However the rates sounds a little expensive!

Servive at the restaurant is not that great....They just bring the food but dont serve it in the plates..... WIFI is not connected for us...Manager given one password which is not working and the reception gave another which seems correct, but we are not able to connect.

Our room was clean, we had hot water and the air conditioning worked. It was very cheap! Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a stopover stay awaiting a flight so all we were looking for was airport pickups, clean bedding and hot showers - we missed out on all three.

We were not collected from the airport then had to pay our own way to the Hotel. On check-in there was no hot water until morning and only one towel for two people.

Junior reception staff were helpful

Senior management unhelpful Non-smoking room stank of previous smoking - room changed one towel for 2 persons rooms dirty and shabby food basic and poor hot water in mornings and evenings only

There was no towel in room.. No internet in public areas ...breakfast free - means lemon juice plus water plus sugar is called Fruit Juice...ALL Fraud kind of amenities....WHAT To say more

Breakfast was only for Indians, no choice for foreigners and no internet connection in individual rooms! Management didnt help in the fact that we arrived earlier than expected and said we we had to wait from 8am to 12pm to respect check in time written on reservation.
